– Students must be ready for their lesson at the scheduled start time.

– Only students enrolled in the lesson are permitted in the pool.

– Students are not permitted to enter the pool until their teacher calls their name.

– Swim diapers are required for 2 years and under, no exceptions. Never put your child in a pool with a regular diaper, they will expand and explode in the pool which creates a big mess!

– It’s highly recommended you do not feed young children for 90 minutes prior to swim lessons. In the event your child throws up or has an accident in the pool, we will have to end all lessons for cleaning and cannot give you a make-up lesson.

– Lessons will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. If your instructor starts the lesson late, the full duration of the lesson will be given.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. For the deposit we accept  Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

The remaining balance is due on the first day of your scheduled lessons. We accept  Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, credit/debit card, cash and check. Debit/credit card transactions will incur a 3% fee.

If you decide to split the cost of a private lesson between multiple families, you must designate ONE family to pay your balance to Safe Aquatics. We can’t split up the cost of the lessons for you: that must be done privately between each family.

– Group lessons can’t be rescheduled if you can’t make it.

– Private lessons may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.

– Quickstart Lessons can’t be rescheduled or made up if a class is missed. 

– Make-up lessons are not available for Group classes or Quickstart lessons unless the class is cancelled by the instructor. 

– All lessons missed due to government-related closures are eligible for make-up lessons.

– All lessons canceled due to weather are eligible for make-up lessons.

– All private lessons are non-refundable and will expire a year from the date of purchase.

– Make-up lessons are available for private lessons with 24 hours notice of cancellation.

– Make-up lessons must be scheduled ahead of time with Safe Aquatics. We can’t guarantee availability of the same time as your regularly scheduled lessons.
